Terms of Service
x-growth is private software operated by MVP Labs for scheduling and publishing posts to their own X accounts. It is not a product, not a service offered to the public, and has no sign-up.
1. No grant of access
Nothing here grants anyone a right to use x-growth. The site is reachable on the public internet for operational reasons only. Access to its functionality requires credentials that are not issued to anyone but the operator, and no request for access will be granted.
2. Acceptable use
If you reach this site, you may read these pages. You may not attempt to access, probe, scan, or interfere with any non-public part of it, authenticate or attempt to authenticate against it, or use any automated means to place load on it. Unauthorized access attempts may be logged and reported.
3. The operator’s own use
The operator uses x-growth only with X accounts they own or are authorized to manage, and remains bound by the X Developer Agreement and Policy and the X Terms of Service when doing so. x-growth is a client of X’s API; it does not modify, replace, or supersede any agreement between the operator and X.
4. Content
All content scheduled or published through x-growth is authored by the operator, who is solely responsible for it. Content published to X is additionally subject to X’s rules.
5. No warranty
x-growth is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or accuracy. It may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued at any time without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MVP Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from access to or inability to access this site.
7. Privacy
The privacy policy describes what x-growth stores and who it is shared with, and forms part of these terms.
8. Changes
These terms may change. The effective date above will change with them. They are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
